Pole Dance
Explore the acrobatics and art of pole dancing with our specialized classes. We start with a warm-up and stretching to prepare your body. Next, you will learn circular movements around the pole and different positions or tricks, without needing to have previous experience. Fall in love with this discipline that combines strength, grace and sensuality.
Pole Exotic
Discover the perfect combination of dance and music in our Pole Exotic classes. We focus on choreography, plasticity, musicality and feminine appeal. This workshop will allow you to reveal your femininity and sexuality, gaining confidence and freedom in every movement. At the end of the session, you will be ready to perform a complete choreography. No previous experience is necessary.
Twerk
Feel the energy and fun of twerking in our workshop dedicated to this vibrant and energetic dance. Learn to move your hips to the rhythm of the music while toning your muscles and improving your coordination. It’s a perfect activity to release tension and enjoy a moment of pure fun and empowerment.
Heels
The art of dancing in heels is explored in our Heels classes. Learn to walk, turn and move with elegance and confidence in your favorite heels. This discipline not only improves your posture and style, but also helps you gain confidence and presence in every step you take. Ideal for feeling powerful and glamorous.
Fabrics and Hoops
For lovers of heights and acrobatic challenges, our fabric and hoop workshops offer a unique experience. These disciplines combine the grace of dance with the excitement of aerial acrobatics, ensuring an impressive and fun experience.

ABOUT THE DANCE WORKSHOPS / POLE DANCE & EXOTIC

- The workshops are private, only for each group.
- Taught by professional teachers
- 8 Pole Dance bars (in Torres center), 10 bars (in GCV center)
- The studios have: A/C, mirrors, lockers, showers, drinking water and good lighting.
- A bottle of cava included
- The trainer can take souvenir photos for the group during the activity.

Pole Dance: In these classes we work on the acrobatic part of the pole dance discipline. First we warm up, stretch and then we learn circular movements around the pole and different positions (tricks). No previous experience is necessary. Try it and we will make you fall in love with pole dance.
Pole Exotic: In these classes we learn dance combinations with music. Emphasis on choreography, plasticity, musicality and feminine appeal. You will reveal your femininity, sexuality, you will become more free and self-confident. No previous experience is necessary. At the end of the workshop you will be able to dance the entire choreography!
Clothing for dance workshops:
- Pole Dance: shorts and top
- Pole Exotic: pants, top and knee pads
- Heels: pants, top and knee pads
- Twerk: pants, top and knee pads
- Fabrics and Hoop: skin-tight clothing
- Completely safe activity, there are no risks during its performance.
- It is vitally important to be punctual, it is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.
- The activity may be modified for reasons beyond the control of the company, such as (breakdowns, breaks, repairs, inclement weather, etc.). All this will try to communicate to customers as far as possible.
- It is necessary to come with appropriate clothing and footwear.
- In Valencia, there are two centers.
- Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. and Sundays all day.
